We’re honoured and delighted to have been awarded Advocate of the Year 2023 by Breathe HR. The award is to recognise how we align with their values of Growth Mindset, a can-do attitude and People First.
The competition was tough, with other fantastic Partner firms nominated. We’re thrilled to have been picked as the winners.
Reminiscing back…it was March 2023, the Business Partner team had ventured into the ‘Big Smoke’ for the annual People First conference held by BreatheHR. After a packed day of listening to some engaging and thought provoking speakers, it was time for the awards ceremony. The team were buzzed and the excitement mounted. The lovely Annie from Breathe took to the stage to announce the winner of Advocate of the Year. The team were shocked as she announced Hive HR Solutions as the winner!
Breathe’s values resonate with us greatly, we live and ‘Breathe’ that people come first in so many ways, which is clear when we work with our clients. Their values match up with our motto ‘there is always a way’ where our creativity, optimism and resilience help us to take the sting out of challenging people situations. We’re constantly evolving and adapting as we grow as a business as well as individuals.
